Keith R. Cook, 47, of Wadsworth passed away Tuesday February 1, 2011. He was born on September 1, 1963 in Kent, OH to the late George A. III and Carol Lee Cook. Keith was a member of Northside Christian Church where he was a member of the New Creations ABF and also loved landscaping with his friend Eric and was a former volunteer firefighter when he lived in Florida.
He is survived by three sons; Douglas P., David A. and Dean A. Cook. There are two granddaughters; Makenzie J. and Abigale May Cook, his former wife Sarah J. Cook, his special friend Debbie Chaney and all of his friends in the New Creations ABF.
Friends will be received 10 - 11AM Saturday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth where a memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM with Pastor Robin Hart officiating.
