Stanley F. Machniak Jr., 71, of Wadsworth passed away Friday, January 21, 2011. He was born on October 21, 1939 in Cleveland to the late Stanley F. Sr. and Susan Machniak. Mr. Machniak was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and was retired from the U.S. Postal Service.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mabel on May 24, 2005, daughter Virginia and son Frankie III
Stanley is survived by six daughters; Diana (George) Simpson, Sandra M. (Jerry) Prince, Michelle Smith, Patricia (Denver Barry) Machniak, Cheryl (Danny) Maxwell, Cindy (Micky) Carrasco, his grandchildren; Grace, Matthew, Shawn, Karryn, Jennifer, Cindy, Danny, Shane, Johnny, Chasidy, Angelina, Miguel and Michael. He is also survived by his great grandchildren; Matty, Jonathon, Makylia, Abreanna and his siblings; Paul (Jeanne) Machniak, Charlotte Painter, Arlene (James) Lynch, Marie (Rich) Luton, James (Janet) Machniak and Susan Kersken. The family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home; 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 AM Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 272 Broad St. Wadsworth with Rev. Fr. Joseph L. Labak celebrant. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery.
