Michael R. Madigan, 77, died November 30, 2010, after a long struggle with respiratory illness. Michael was born June 4, 1933, to the late Edward and Margaret (Holvey) Madigan. He was an avid sports fan, Korean War Navy Veteran and worked as an electrical designer. Michael is survived by his wife, Ellen (Mong) Madigan, daughters, Karen of Alexandria, VA, Cheryl of Wadsworth, son and daughter-in-law Marty and Julia of Rittman, daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Tom Imler of Norton, and grandchildren Grace Madigan, Stephen and Rebecca Imler and brother Basil. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 5th from 2-4 PM at The Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth where the funeral service will also be conducted at the funeral home on Monday, December 6th at 1:00 PM, officiating Pastor Judy McGuire.
Interment will be at The Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
