Donna R. Phillips, 81, of Wadsworth passed away January 11, 2011. Donna was born on June 29, 1929, to the late Cassius and Ruth (Slutz) McConkey. She is survived by her children, Mark of Medina, Jill (Gary) Holtzapple of Homerville and Alan (Angie) of Wadsworth; grandson Eric of Cincinnati; sisters Joan Kull of Akron and Ruth (De De) of Kent. Donna was preceded in death by her husband Jack in 1992, grandson, Jack in 2004 and sisters Betty and Peggy. Graveside services will be conducted at Noon on Saturday, January 15 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Wadsworth, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Medina County, 797 N.
