Gary Allan Yontz, age 48, of Rittman, Ohio died on March 28, 2011. He was born in Redwood, CA, and was raised in the Akron, Ohio area. He was a respected HCVA contractor. He was preceded in death by one sister, Anna Yontz.
He served in the US Air force.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Freida Cheshire Yontz, and four children, Hillery, Kelsey, Jackson, and Ian Baurer; his parents, Jim and Mary Yontz, and three brothers, Jimmy, Joe, and Patrick, all of the Wadsworth area.
A private family service was held on March 29 with a community memorial service to be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth for the Yontz family to help defray funeral expenses.
